Terms and Conditions for Henna bookings:

Travel charges may apply.
For unnecessary waiting time that exceeds 30 minutes from the agreed
appointment time as stated in the contact, £10 will be charged per 15 minutes.
A 25% deposit will be required on bookings over £100 to secure the booking.
Any outstanding fees are payable by cash only on the date of the event.
In the event of a cancellation by the client, five days notice is required, in
which case the deposit will be fully refunded. If a cancellation is made with
less than five days to go to the event, the deposit will not be refunded.
In the unlikely event of a cancellation by Ray of Light Henna the deposit will
be fully refunded and every effort will be made to find a replacement henna
artist.
Photographs of the henna applied by the artist of Ray of Light Henna may be
used only on Ray of Light Henna’s website, online galleries or promotional
material.
Disclaimer:
Henna leaves a temporary stain on the skin for 1-3 weeks. Henna has been used as a safe and temporary method of skin adornment for thousands of years. Ray of Light Henna uses only 100% natural henna powder, pure and natural essential oils, lemon juice and sugar to help give a safe as possible henna experience. Although very uncommon, it is possible that some people may have an allergy/intolerance to any natural substance. Please notify us of any known allergies and use common sense. Ray of Light Henna never uses “black henna”. The colour and darkness of the henna stain may vary from person-to person.
